We undertake returns and refunds only in cases of receiving a damaged or wrong product. Customers availing a refund/return need to share proof of damage via image/video. Exchanges are undertaken, no questions asked.

FAQ's

When will I receive my order?

For orders placed in Maharashtra, we take 3 to 5 working days. For orders outside Maharashtra, we take 5 to 7 working days. In cases of further delays, you would be informed via WhatsApp.

Is express shipping available?

Yes, at an additional cost of INR 250-300 and for prepaid orders only. 

Why does the colour of the bag look faded/patchy?

We do not use chemical colour fasteners in any of our natural dyeing production processes. Hence the faded look. We believe in retaining the natural essence of the dye, just the way nature intended! Rest assured, it does not hamper the quality of the bag or its long term usage. 

What’s the durability of the bags?

The bag is made to last 1+ years of everyday usage.
